A brand new summer music festival is launching in Australia this December.
Gold Coast will play host to Feedback Festival - a 10 night event taking place across the city's biggest and best live music venues like Home Of The Arts, Miami Marketta and Soundlounge - will deliver an "exciting program of discovery and excitement, highlighting local artists and promoting Australian music".
Artists including Tim Freedman, Jeff Martin, Hussy Hicks, The Jensens, Russell Morris, Felicity Lawless, Ella Fence, The Dreggs and Amy Elise.
“It’s so exciting to see live music back at our venues," Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate said.
"We know how important it is to our community as well as the local arts scene. I would encourage all music lovers to get along and check out the local talent and support local venues.
"It’s wonderful to see our Music Action Plan coming to life, doing what it was intended to do – that is, supporting local talent, art and the Gold Coast music scene.”
