Australian licensing organisation PPCA has announced that TMRW Music Group Chief Operating Officer Duncan Collins has joined its board.

The longstanding music industry figure signs on as a Licensor Representative.

"I'm really excited to join the PPCA board during these challenging times, it's vitally important that artists and licensors are being listened to and supported in the most positive and productive ways, and I will do my best to make that happen,” Collins said.

“I would also like to express my thanks to all PPCA licensors who voted for myself and the other candidates.”

PPCA CEO Dan Rosen added: “I congratulate Duncan on his election, and I look forward to working with him on the PPCA board. PPCA’s role in protecting and paying artists will benefit from Duncan’s vast experience and passion for music.

“I would also like to thank outgoing Licensor Representative Matt Rogers, for his work on the PPCA board.”

Collins moved to Australia in 2011 after working at Warner Music UK and Ministry Of Sound in London and joined forces with Tim McGee at TMRW Music Group, one of Australia's largest independent entertainment groups.
