Oztix | News | Double J & Triple J To Get New Theme Songs From Much-loved Aussie Artists

Double J and triple j will be sounding a little different with new theme music to be rolled out across the stations.

The stations have announced that their theme music is getting an update thanks to some local artists, who have been commissioned for the work as a way of supporting artists throughout the COVID-19 touring shutdown.

Triple J's Hack program theme will revamped by Trials, Cosmo's Midnight and Made In Paris, while Double J's J Files will be done by Art Vs Science.

Beatrice Lewis of Haiku Hands and Kardajala Kirridarra will take on Double J's Artist In Residence theme, while MOD CON take on Curated, Bobby Alu does Stir It Up, Charlie Collins takes Tower Of Song and True Vibenation look after Double J's Weekends.

Additionally, Double J will also present a new content series dubbed Home School Of Rock, which features music tutorials from Olympia, Ngaiire, L-FRESH The LION and Benny Walker.
