Australian live venues are gearing up for returns with the help of "industry-leading protocols" from leading venue management and services company, ASM Global.
The LA-based company has announced new enhancements to its VenueShield program which will assist in the reopening of more than 325 venues around the world, including key arenas and stadiums in Australia like ANZ Stadium, Suncorp Stadium, Bankwest Stadium, Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney and RAC Arena in Perth.
Already tested at a UFC event in Florida and an NRL match in Brisbane in May, the implentation of VenueShield has been "guided by scientific and medical research input from Drexel University College of Medicine" and "will provide ongoing recommendations for COVID-19 mitigation strategies" as more venues look to reopen in the coming weeks and months.
