Multiple drug charges were made at Alison Wonderland's Scarehouse Project event in Sydney this past weekend, while two officers were also assaulted.
According to The Daily Telegraph, 31 punters who attended the Western Sydney-based gig were charged with possession or given drug warnings, while two more were charged with assaulting police.
45 more were ejected for being too intoxicated.
Police also confirmed one attendee was taken to hospital.
"More than 140 people received medical treatment at the event, many of those for the effects of drug and alcohol, including one drug-affected person who was taken to hospital," police said in a statement.
The Music has contacted the event promoter for comment.
