For a DJ to begin a career in the early 80's, and 3 decades later still be at the top of their game, says a lot about the character of a man behind The Prophet. With an appreciation of all genres of music, it is the harder styles that this alias is known for.
Even in the early 90's performing at such legacies as 'Thunderdome', 'Mysteryland', and 'Earthquake', to the more recent Defqon, Qlimax, Sensation Black events, just proves he is still very much a wanted man behind the decks to some of the biggest festivals going around.
Late 2000's, The Prophet also founded his own record label - Scantraxx Recordz - one of the most famous hardstyle record labels in the Netherlands, in order to be able to promote the Dutch version of hardhouse & hardstyle. "It's great to see that there are a lot of very talented young producers, & it has always been my goal to sign them for Scanntraxx, and give them the change to explore their talents." The Prophet.
These days The Prophet enjoys spinning genres such as early rave, early hardcore, hardstyle, club and progressive... So get ready for one Masif Halloween....
